POLICY

Reservations / Check-in and check-out times / Cancellation policies.

Reservations:

• In order to guarantee your reservation we require a deposit which will be 40% of the total cost of your stay.
• The deposit must be paid within two days.
• Once the deposit is received we will email you a voucher which will constitute confirmation of payment.
• The balance of the payment must be paid on your arrival.
• We accept Cash.

Check-in and check-out times:

• Check-in from 16:00 to 00:00
• Check-out from 00:00 to 12:00

Cancellation policies:

• The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if he/she cancel after reservation and the total price of the reservation if he/she cancel in the 7 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up he/she will be charged the total price of the reservation.

Grace Period:

• No fees charged for bookings cancelled within 24 hours of booking.

Child policies:

• Children of any age are allowed.
• Children up to and including 4 years old can use for free an available cot.

House rules:

• Smoking is allowed.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Parties/events aren’t  allowed.
• There are set quiet hours.
